Central Texas Soaps - Shave Soap - Irish Flats
Description from Central Texas Soaps:
In the 1840s, Irish settlers left the coastal area of San Patricio and Refugio for the hill country of central Texas. They settled near the Alamo plaza of San Antonio as their new home. The newly settled area became known as the Irish Flats and became an integral part of San Antonio. Some of the original houses the Irish settlers had built still stand today.
Irish Flats is a Spicy-sweet blend of French verbena and lemon, a green Florentine iris and violet leaves, and sublime notes of Mysore sandalwood and ambergris. This is our interpretation of Creed's famous Green Irish Tweed fragrance.
Our soaps are considered a soft soap to make loading your brush easier. Our soaps are also a bit on the thirsty side so consider adding a little extra water if you are having trouble generating a thick lather.
