Stirling Soap Company - Coconut Lime - Shave Soap - 5.8oz

The scent reminds me of the line from the Widespread panic song "I like coconuts; You can break them open; They smell like ladies lying in the sun". So, that sums up the pleasant scent with a hint of lime. The soap itself is a great performer. Lather's easily & the lather lasts (does not dry out easily). Overall I found it easy to load my brush and get the right density, I like a thick, dense lather. It's slick too. My preference is for soaps with tallow or lanolin - this soap has both. I use rather aggressive razors like the Muhel r41 or the Asylum RX and found myself getting solid multi-pass shaves with little irritation. Overall, I would say its performance is most like Ghost Town Barber, with a stronger scent.
