Return & Cancellation Policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction means we strive for you to be pleased with your purchase. If there are any issues, we're here to help. Below is our policy regarding returns and cancellations:
- Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for the return address and customs invoice details if returning from outside the United States.
- Note that Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Cancellation: Cancellations may not always be possible due to our quick shipping process. Once an order has entered our shipping stream, we are unable to cancel the order. If an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
- Samples are not returnable.
Handling Specific Scenarios:

Product Issues: If a product is faulty, missing parts, or was damaged but not during shipping, refer to the manufacturer's warranty provided in the original packaging. For shipping damages, see below.

Shipping Damage: Should your item arrive damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us after assessing the product's functionality. If the product is damaged and you've retained the packaging, we will assist with a shipping insurance claim and replace or repair the product at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns: To return an item because you've changed your mind:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Obtain an RMA Number and return instructions from us beforehand.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in a refusal of the return. If all conditions are met, a refund will be issued minus shipping and handling costs, either as store credit or back to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refused Deliveries: For refused deliveries, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling costs, pending the outcome of any shipping insurance claim. If the claim is denied, no refund will be provided.
