This base loads extremely fast, lathers easily and offers improvements in performance across the board. Perhaps the most unique quality of this base is that you can build a great lather very quickly or continue to hydrate to build a truly exceptional lather. The lather quality seems to improve with each pass!

Our Johnny fragrance was created for those who don’t quite fit the mold of other’s expectations and are comfortable with it. A scent for those who wear black not to look cool, but as a silent rebellion against the status quo; those whose confidence and humility are inseparable. This aroma resonates with those whose distinction is manifest in the quality of their work and character, yet don’t feel the need to shout it from every mountain. They are plain to see and can be appreciated by all. It is for those whose message is forged by conviction un-altered by popularity.

It opens with the crispness of green apple, citrus, and Timur Pepper. The intoxicating sweetness of jasmine, rosewood and tonka draw you in deeper. Warm earth tones of amber, patchouli, vetiver and musk round out this unforgettable fragrance.

How to use: 

Soak your shaving brush in warm water. Load brush with soap by whisking brush over top of soap in a circular motion. This tends to be a thirsty soap so for a rich, dense lather add a few drops of water at a time as you build the lather on the soap, in your favorite bowl or on your mug (aka face). You can also add a few drops of hot water on top of soap before starting for quicker lathering. This formula is super efficient so 30 seconds of loading is more than enough for an excellent 3 pass shave. Shave well!
