Generally, safety razor handles are hollow and made from a metal alloy such as ZAMAK or cheap pot metal, which is then chrome plated. These handles lack the heft needed to balance the weight of the head, additionally, chrome plating can peel off. This is not the case with the Viper ‘95
This handle is beautifully made with a polished finish and eight fine grooves to aid grip, the Alpha Company logo is laser etched onto the base of the handle. It's little features like this that sets this handle apart from others.
