Razor completely made of aluminum, with high precision machines by removal of material.

We only use high quality aluminum, resistant to wear and rubbing; with further hardening process by surface anodization. Any changes in color tone or slight halos are not to be considered defects as during the anodization it is not possible to control the galvanic process, as this is directly dependent on uncontrollable agents such as humidity, temperature and electrical intensity. The color obtained is therefore a peculiar characteristic of singularity of the processing, not a problem.

All parts of the razor and the mobile coupling are worked and treated to obtain maximum precision; this both for the thicknesses and on the various cutting angles, as well as for the holes and for the threads, everything is made in an almost perfect way.

The stainless steel pins are also made on an express project and are mounted on the body of the razor using a special key that allows an ideal calibration, obtaining during the tightening, the locking of the blade between the body of the razor and the mobile coupling .

Without the blade the hooking is movable but once inserted, it creates a correct thickness that allows the clamping of both the mobile part and the same blade.

For a perfect fixing of the blade it is recommended the use of whole blades broken in half; this creates in the breaking area a slight curvature of the ends, which, once resting on the body of the razor, creates during the insertion of the mobile coupling, by light pressure, an essential spring effect for the precise tightening of the mobile part and the correct positioning of the blade.

The cover also made from a solid block of aluminum, using high precision machinery, is worked to obtain the internal milling, which will be the housing of the razor body, as well as the external parts with various inclinations and angles as per design.

Once worked, the aluminum handle of the razor is anodised in various colors.

The fixing of the cover to the cover of the razor is made by a stainless steel pin that, with the help of two nylon washers, make the opening and closing movement of the razor extremely soft and constant.
