This truly smells like an old fashioned without the alcohol bite. I smell cherries first, then slight citrus and the charred oak of the bourbon. I’m not normally able to pickup multiple scents when it’s complicated like this, but I can here, which is wonderful. It’s worth noting that there are other options that have cherry as the first noticeable scent, but in this case it is far less sweet and much better balanced with the citrus and bourbons flavors, which prevents it from having that classic cough drop smell.
It’s well worth it to pick up the shave soap and shave balm as well, both are top notch in performance and offer the same matching scent.
