Excellent comunication, fix the order super fast

Great response and quick turnaround on an issue with my original order.

Received order and was missing one item. Sent a email since I couldn’t locate a customer service number to call. Email was replied to a few days later. They sent out the replacement item and it was received a week behind the other item.
I will order from them again as I really liked one of the shave soaps. The company did the right thing by me and it was greatly appreciated.
Good company so far with great product selection ..
