Back-Order Fulfillment / Order Correction

A one-in-a-million no-fault mistake, purchase. A beloved product repeatedly purchased from Amazon is no longer available. Enter "The Razor Company". Not only did they have the item, but they also sold it in a larger size at a lower price than what Amazon had offered. The problem arose when The Razor Company delivered what I had asked for (exactly), which wasn't at all the correct name for the product that Amazon was selling. I returned the item to this incredible company, which figured out that what I had actually been purchasing was a mislabeled product. TRC accepted my return and exchanged it for the correctly named product. Even shipped the right product, at no cost to me. I know, right? Amazing company.

I was sent the wrong item in an order and contacted them through email to fix the error. They got back to me within 24 hours and the item that was left out was sent to me immediately at no extra charge. This was beyond what I was expecting and Im enjoying my shaving more thanks to them.
