This splash pours out of its black glass bottle a little milky, making it a little thicker than a regular splash. No burn and it left my skin feeling good.
The scent is interesting, which seems to be the companies thing. I only smelled a hint of red wine when putting it in my hand and shortly after applying it. That fades into a prominently wet smell that one might imagine is what a humid greenhouse would smell like. Damp flowers, leaves, and soil with a slight tinge of powder. It isn't over powering and I could catch a whiff of it for a few hours. Someone would have to be extremely close to you to notice it. If you are looking for something a little different, flowery, and not obnoxious, it is a good choice.
